Well, the artwork has been finished, just in the nick of time before Cameron left for the season. Dr. Quinn spent many hours bringing Cameron's vision to life. The details on this piece are simply amazing! The artwork blended Cameron's brother-sister tattoo together so it appears as though it's all one pice of art.
Even now with the blending it makes more special than before the meaning of the Shou Zo Qing, which means: "This is the love between siblings. When you love, protect, care for, and have a deep bond that only brothers and sisters can." That combined with the scriptural reference for the angel tattoo from Psalms 91, which begins in verse 1 with "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty." The scripture then goes on about His faithfulness and protection for His children. In verse 91:11 the promise is: "For He will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways," which talks about the protection, which is so appropriate for the times that Cameron may feel far away from home and away from his loved ones, it's a reminder that he is under God's protection and in the prayers of his family, especially his No. 1 fan, his sister Chelsea!
Now Cameron is just looking for a name for his angel...any ideas????
